One of the perks of attending the Academies of Loudoun is being able to do interesting projects. For example, in one of my freshman science projects, my classmates and I had to use physics to analyze—and solve—a crime scene. More specifically, in said project, we used projectile motion concepts to determine if a girl had fallen asleep at the wheel or been forced off a bridge by another car.
